The pieces I got looked good, until I cooked them
The pieces I got looked good, until I cooked them. I divided them into packages for nightly dinner consumption and the first batch I fried. Most of the pieces I fried were tough. The next batch I baked and the same thing. I had another batch tonight (1/26/17), hoping for better luck. Alas, it was not to be. I'm not expecting any better luck with the remaining batch. Such a shame. I've bought salted pollock fillets from local stores near where I live and have prepared them with chopped collard greens, bacon and chopped onions and have no issues with those fillets. I don't know if I was just unlucky and got fillets from fish that were probably older than Methuselah. I think I'll stick with buying seafood from my local Kroger and/or Walmart.

Fish is good. Seems best if it is deep fried
Fish is good.Seems best if it is deep fried. I Live in Fl. If I buy again I will get the faster shipping. By the time I received it the dry ice was gone . The fish was frozen except one piece was thawing out. I will buy again for the price.

The Alaskan Pollock fillets tasted good fried. Be careful
The transaction was smooth and arrived on time. The Alaskan Pollock fillets tasted good fried. Be careful, don't overcook, cause this will make them dry out. Watch for bones, some pieces don't have any, some do. I plan on ordering them again.
