What UK women's size would this fit?

I'm a 14/16 but when I bloat probably an 18 (endometriosis) and it barely fits then, at a squeeze which is uncomfortable but as soon as you move it comes undone anyway. I have quite large hips though so depends on that and take in to account bloating etc! I dont use it now, just my normal Hot water bottle due to the sizing! Hope this helps :)
