I have a mini doxie and only used this car seat a couple of times. It is actually not a car seat at such, more like a basket. As a puppy, he sat on his front paws a few times to start with out of curiosity but then he decided it was to tiring and went to sleep. I put a blanket at the bottom so it felt a little bit more comfy.The basket is big enough for a puppy or a small breed dog. I wouldn't recommend for a bigger dog or medium breed as the sides are not very sturdy and depending on how strong the dig is he could definitely leap out of it. It does the job for me. Only issue, when it arrived I had to leave it out in the garden for a couple of days as it did stink of plastic/glue. After a couple of days though it was fine.

As you can see from my photo its not very sturdy. My dog can sit on it and it collapses. Its a good idea and she is a lot more secure i wish it was a stronger and more sturdy.

Product looks good well made. We put our dog in the chair with harness, with in a very short period of time he had managed to get out as the sides are not rigid enough to stop him. Although only a small dog he is very active after trying it several times it was not for us. To be fair ideal for some dogs and not for others.

Good enough product . The only issue I found was the rods for the mesh sides were a bit flimsy, but all in all a safe way to get my puppy out and about in the car.

Good for a cheap holder, but quite small. Fine for our pup or a small dog but no good for medium or big dogs. Better ones are about but they're more expensive

The bars do not stay on the sides, which make the sides floppy. The straps don't stay tight they loosen with the smallest of movement from my 3 month old puppy which makes it very unsafe for him.The only thing I can say is that it is water proof.

Great for my little doggie. Mesh sides are good as she likes to see you when driving.Keeps her safe.Only thing I'm not keen on are the clips which are a bit awkward to clip on her collar.

I held high hopes for this. I was so excited about this as I was looking forward to being able to take my new pup out and about with me in the car safely. It looks so cute and the concept is brilliant. In practice... almost completely useless.The images show 3 straps, 1 loop-strap at the back, 1 loop-strap at the front, and one to go round the middle of your front seat... the one going round the middle doesn't exist.The little security clip that attaches to the dog collar is lose, my puppy was able to loosen it off in seconds. I had to secure it with a bullclip and I found it quite long at its shortest extension.The sides are see-through, for dogs reassurance I suppose. Great. The sides are only stopped from collapsing by 2 bars that slide through 3 small elastic loops on each side. These provide no support for the side so if puppy can put any weight on the side (which it will due to the long collar strap), the sides just collapse.The only goodish thing I can say about it other than aesthetics, it that the basket itself is large enough for pup to curl up in comfortably.For clarity, I used this for my 10 week old Cairn Terrier. Google it, they are tiny. This will offer you NO security at all and could lead to a very dangerous situation if you are transporting the dog in the car alone.
