The Literary Witches Oracle

This deck is completely different from every other one I have in my collection (getting close to a 100 now thank you very much:D). My impression of it has been tossed around in the air a bit if you know what I mean. Its energy is intensely psychological in my opinion. It seeks to delve into hidden alleyways in your subconscious and dig up stuff you will find pretty revealing and transformative. As I write this piece I'm sitting in front of the reading you see in the picture. This theme has been floating around in my head for many readings now in recent days and weeks. Using other completely different deck that is. In that sense it has certainly been honest and stimulating for me. This particular spread truly blew my mind.The box is lovely. Beautiful colors and material. Clarkson Potter make interesting linen textured decks. The card stock is thick and sturdy but beautiful to riffle shuffle. The artwork is laden with symbology. Somewhat dark in my opinion but that's probably what I need to explore at this point in my divination journey. Trimming the deck is a given. I will do it as soon as I get the time. It's an awesome upgrade to its personality.The structure of the deck splits it in 2 parts. The authors (30) and the "witches' materials" (40). The latter is extremely interesting to use for me. Objects sitting there in an otherwise blank stark space. Speaking directly to your psyche. Triggers you in adventurous ways.The guidebook will give you interesting keywords to play with. No more. You're on your own beyond that. ( And yes it is based off of a hardbound book written earlier by the same creator and that does have a little more information if you care to get that on the side. I chose not to.)It's my "shrink deck" :PWe had some stranger vibes in the beginning but now we are doing well . This psychological game and me. We're playing well.

The cardstock is great. The size is very large. The packaging is fantastic. I would have preferred more of an explanation about what the cards represent - for the author cards there is are some keywords and a small write-up about the author, and for the ingredients cards there is one keyword - but the visuals are detailed enough that you can use your intuition to infer the message from the cards. The artwork is beautiful.It's the perfect gift for someone who loves literature and divination.

The box is very pretty. The cards are sturdy and have a textured feel to them. The artwork is just mesmerizing. At first, it felt like ghosts, but then I got used to them.The deck is divided into two parts- The witches and the witches materials.The meanings are not actually meanings but an overview of the witches' life.For the materials they just have key words.Overall the deck is very pretty. Gives me a dark and deep sort of vibe. Felt negative at first but once I cleared it, it was all good to go.It's an amazing deck if you want something out of the box. Its not a usual oracle deck. It's deep and requires connection and inner work.

If you are into witchcraft or a psychic, you will find this interesting but I feel that the customer base of Amazon even though take interest in Tarots and metaphysics, might not be Psychics or into pure occult.If you are looking for decks for tarot readings at home or as a profession new, you won't like this deck because it doesn't have descriptions or much on the cards. You have to read the book always. Even in the book you will find a short story of characters on the card and if it is an article or animal you will find only a few words like: devotion, focus, inspiration etc. Not much described.In summary you can read only If you are good psychic reader or at least if you have been reading for quite some time.If you want to buy a deck with interesting pictures and clear advices: THIS IS NOT THE ONE FOR YOU.I hope this helps!!!

Nice product

Very cool deck if you like Literature and Writers and books! The only thing I didn't like much was the quality of the card stock. It is kind of warping a bit. The cards could have been a bit thicker. Otherwise, I don't mind the minimal description book. It's meant to be intuitive and not a life history of the authors or witchcraft. I would say go for it if you are a reader, writer and a naturally intuitive person. I immediately drew 3 cards and they are 100% accurate. This deck immediately took to me as of it was waiting to come home. 5 stars for the concept and the interpretation. Thank you.

I paid 970 rupees for this deck,but quality of the cards are so good.I had not expected this😀
