If using it for lactation, be careful . It can increase /tank your supply . So best is to start with very small dose and see if it suits you . Got these to help with milk production while breastfeeding. They seem to help with that and overall health while nursing, since taking this and marshmallow root I have had more energy and kept up with baby’s eating needs. Everyone’s body is different though.Good value for the price too, supplements can get pricey.

Good price and quality, but can give you a weird taste when drinking it

The bottle and packaging are nice, it's always discouraging to see typos on the bottle of a supplement from another country... The fact that these are made in the USA makes me feel better about their safety. The pills are easy to swallow and don't have any taste. I can't comment on any effects yet, but if I notice any I'll update this review.
