I also bought this tool: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07R2MFCQ5/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1These style connectors will work with the really cheapie $5 auto-parts-store crimp tool, but those are not the right tool for a good quality crimp. Use a tool like the one linked above and these will do fine.However, I generally pull the plastic boot off, slide the boot onto the wire, then solder the wire onto the connector and put the boot back on. More solid connection, both physically and electrically, and looks better than a crimper-crushed boot.BUT: They work fine with the right tool and the right tool setting for tightness. Granted, I don't use them professionally, but for "backyard mechanic" and most ham radio / general electronics hookup uses, they're fine.That said, the case they come in is cheap, brittle plastic and easily damaged.

Most of them work great. The only issues I have had with them is on the female spades they do NOT have strong hold. They pull off real easy. I love Nilight and always buy their stuff but I may not purchase this in the future do to reliability for some connectors. On the plus side most worked nice , looks good and was a good price and the box was nice. Just the fit was not what I was hoping.

Good assortment, good quantity, and appears to be good quality. Good deal if you need them.

I often drop these cases and hate having to pick up all of the connectors and resort them into their compartments. Even worse is when the tabs break and it wont close anymore. I've dropped this case over 20ish times and only a few times have it popped open, only dumping a handful or less of the connectors each time!!! I've just dropped it again which reminded me to write this review i've been procrastingating on for months since the 4rth or 5th fall. That's how pleased I am and thought i'd share it. also the price and delivery tiing was one of the best after searching for a good price on some connectors for diy projects

The shrinkage is quick and painless, the low temp solder makes this connector so quick and easy. Such an amazing product!!

The product is great, but the case was damaged. The hinges are broken and pieces are broken off. The shipping box was in great condition
