Q: What amount of probiotics are in this? Why isn't it on the packaging like it is with other Kombucha products?

If amount of probiotics are listed on a kombucha product, then they have been artificially added. That is the only way they know the amount per bottle. There is a popular brand, GT, for instance, that ferments kombucha, then heats it which kills all the probiotics, but then they add capsule-based probiotics in after for marketing reasons. This is a bummer because there are far more strains and health benefits from naturally fermented kombucha than could ever be made in a lab/sold in a pill or added to kombucha artificially.

Ingredients Organic raw kombucha (sparkling water, sugar*#, black tea leaves*, green tea leaves*, traditional kombucha culture*: yeast, bacteria cultures), erythritol*, hibiscus tea*, raspberry flavor, lemon juice (<1%)*, stevia extract (steviol glycosides).

Q: May the can produce lead to Kombucha because of acid drink?

The FDA prohibits lead solders canned food and drinks since 1995 on all US made or imported goods. If there's any lead in the cans, it would be violating federal law, so I really doubt it. On top of that, almost every canned food or drink nowadays has a coating inside of the can to prevent any reaction to the metal. That being said, I wouldn't recommend this product if you're looking for live cultures. This may have been produced with live cultures, but it's not refrigerated and has absolutely nothing in the cans to help the cultures stay alive (no remaining sugars). Any real benefits are long dead.

Q: Is there caffeine in this product?

I would say "yes". The label does not say this product does not contain caffeine and the product i smade with black and green tea leaves.
