Heads Up!! Track 2 Borderline is not the original release version on Vinyl!!
Just wanted to give you a heads up that on the vinyl version Borderline is not the original release version. There is an extra tapping of the drums played throughout the whole play through of this song (Found out its the Remix version from the 1990 Immaculate Collection) Its a great album none the less just giving it 4/5 stars because I thought all the songs would be the originals.

Starlight, starbright
This has been one of my favorite albums since I was a kid. The sound is less poppy and more dance-oriented than Like a Virgin. It contains the earliest Madonna classics like Lucky Star, Borderline, Burning Up, Everybody (her first single), and of course, Holiday. Holiday is my favorite Madonna song, and this full-length original is my favorite version. The rest of the album is good, too. Think of Me is a cool song, and I Know It is fun-I like the saxophone in both of them. Physical Attraction is the song I like least, but it's not bad. The best part is the music when she sings "maybe we were meant to be together, even though we never met before, we got to move before the sun is rising, and you'll be walking slowly out the door". That has always been the most memorable part of the song to me.The extended versions of Lucky Star and Burning Up are good. Too bad they didn't include more bonus tracks. The album was originally supposed to include the song Ain't No Big Deal. Apparently it was given to another artist before Madonna was to release it, and was replaced with Holiday, which worked out really, really well. But I think the song fits in perfectly with the rest of the tracks, and would've been a nice addition as a bonus track. Oh, well. It's still a good release.

The start of a superstar.
Say hello to the very first Madonna album. Who would've thought that in just 27 years, the woman singing about her Lucky Star would grow into the one tons of people know now as the Queen Of Pop?This album is full of dance music about love and just being with each other. If you want an awesome dance album, buy this. All pop lovers should own this.In the very first song, "Lucky Star", she sings over and over again about her lucky star, the person she likes. :)In the next song, "Borderline", her lucky star is pushing her love over the borderline. In "Burning Up", Madonna is well, burning up, for her lucky star's love.We switch from in a relationship to break-up in "I Know It". Madonna knows her date's gonna take his love and run."Holiday" is about just taking a holiday to celebrate anything and everything we have.Madonna decides it's time to switch back to romance with "Think Of Me" where she tells her date they better think of her or else they're over."Physical Attraction" is about, well, Madonna having a physical attraction for somebody.Last but certainly not least, "Everybody" is a great dance song where Madonna tells all of us to get up and dance, and once the song starts, you know you want to listen to her. ;)
