A stand up trowel or paint brush is what we used

Q: It hasn't dried after 2 days (no rain, warm temperatures) - what can we do to make it 'drive-able'?

Did you apply it too thick? Can you squeegee it to remove excess. A lite layer of sprinkled sand? Good luck
