Smells Fantastic! The mice went bonkers and moved out. Real peppermint oil!
This stuff is COMPLETELY natural with real peppermint oil. I love the way it smells. The night I sprayed the most active room down a lot, the whole place smelled terrific. Night vision camera revealed that the mice had a party and invited all their friends. I thought it didn’t work. BUT… TIME HAS REVEALED IT WAS A MOVING OUT PARTY! At first I didn’t realize that they were being run out of the woodwork… literally. Now a week later, I haven’t seen any activity at all. Now, just to spray down the other rooms and continue on with this, and other measures like traps, keeping all food sources sealed, and searching for and sealing off access points. It makes a great air freshener too but is beginning to fade after about a week. Good tool and a good, quality product.Update After 1 Month:There is no evidence of mice anymore. I had tried everything and had a heavy infiltration of mice. They apparently hate this stuff and don’t want to live here anymore. I am so relieved and so grateful. I was at my wits end. Kudos to this great company. Advice: Spray like crazy everywhere the mice might like… bomb them. I read that peppermint oil makes mice brains believe there is a threat but they get confused and don’t know where the threat is coming from, so they leave the area. This seems true.

Prevent wiring damage to the engine and engine bay
Got this spray as a supplement to an electronic pest repellent mounted under the hood in the engine bay. Spray some old socks and hang the socks over hard surfaces in the engine bay and not in direct contact with the hot engine . Reapply monthly and help prevent 1000's of $$$ in damage from chewed through wires the the ECM,fuel injectors , and other general wiring. I even used some to spray My fabric cusions in My living room to add an energizing aroma to the space, ( I Advise everyone to research the effects that pepperment has on the brain).

This company is great!!!!!
So I wasn’t too impressed with this product cause I was unsure if it actually worked. Well I left my concern in a review and immediately the company contacted me. They reassured me of the effectiveness of their product. They reassured and went above and beyond anything I ever expected. I was shocked this company would do what they did because they truly believe in the quality of their product. This product smells great and is safe for pets. It leaves your house with a very pleasant smell. I have to say give this product a chance!!!!

Didn’t really work around my hen house
This seems to work on first application, and the deer mice and others haunting our hen house and coup certainly don’t like to be sprayed with it, but it didn’t seem to repel them after the first 2 days. I need a nonpoisonous way to get rid of all these mice since I have dogs and chickens - and so do all our neighbors. I don’t want any other animals to be poisoned by a dead mouse that they may eat.

Satisfied with item
I haven't used it yet, but I've used homemade mint spray that works well on insects and spiders. This arrived quickly, has a strong smell (not unpleasant to me, but I don't think the mouse will like it), and the sprayer seems very sturdy.

WASTE OF MONEY!!
I had high hopes for Mighty Mint. I read the sparse reviews and I am now wondering if the few sparkling reviews this has received are actually fake reviews! The MainStays Peppermint essential oil blend for aromatherapy I get at Walmart works better than this junk! I just put a little of that on a cotton ball and put them in places the mice tend to run and that keeps them away for a few days... this milky white water doesn't even do that! I literally watched a mouse run right through the spot I sprayed not even three minutes later! We have mice. There is no shame in that. It's wintertime and they are looking for warm homes and survival just like the rest of us, but my home is not it!I sprayed this stuff, whatever it actually is, liberally around the baseboards and in a couple of trouble spots. It stunk to high heaven for starters and the fumes made my eyes water and stole my breath. NATURAL PEPPERMINT OIL does NOT do this to me like this stuff did and there is the DISTINCT smell of something else in there that I think overpowers any, if any at all, real peppermint oil is in the bottle. Funny how the ingredient list didn't list exactly what emulsifiers are mixed into the bottle! I really did expect it to have everything listed that goes into the product.I'll be getting REAL peppermint oil that specifies it is not diluted and is 100% pure and using it for sure. I'm going to try diluting it with water.Definite Buyer's Remorse over this useless spray! I had to give this one star just because Amazon requires it to post a review, but honestly, I can't even give this product a half a star because it is so bad!

Really, REALLY works!
I live in New England, and mice are just part of having a home. They started getting a bit out of control in mine, however, and they were leaving their droppings all over my counters and in my drawers with my silver, etc. I hate traditional mouse traps because I think they’re inhumane. I decided to try this out as a more ethical solution, and I could not be happier! At first, I was spraying this along the walls encounters every single day and I noticed immediately that the dropping stopped. I started spraying every other day and then every two days and I’m still seeing fantastic results. It’s a strong smell, but it fades relatively quickly. It’s not offensive and doesn’t smell like chemicals. It smells mostly like peppermint or spearmint. But the most important thing is that it works, and it works really well!
