Great dog brush. Love the push button feature to easily clean. The bristles retract and all the dog hair falls off into the trash.

When my cat brush finally crumbled, I was faced with the research to replace it. Not a fan of having the educate myself on the 'which design is best , for what purpose and why.....however, this brush is the one. Reason, we have burrs and stickers and dried grass here. The tiny steel pins is what makes the brush effective. It's not massage time, or play time, it's get those burrs and stickers outa her coat and tail quickly and effeciently.She let's me do all that and gives a head rub as a thank you! The pins are the right length to not hurt Kitty, just remove the stickers! Self cleaning button is pretty cool too. There's cheaper kitty brushes but for burrs and stickers, this style is what you need!

Easy to useDidn't know my long haired cat, who honestly would rather get a bath than fully groom herself, would prefer this brush over even food or attention.It seems durable so far, easy to use and clean, and doesn't hurt your hand to hold.The cats definitely love it, and it gets their loose fur off easily.It also doesn't scratch their skin or leave red marks while brushing, and doesn't pull out fur that isn't loose either, so over brushing doesn't seem to be an issue.Even on my other long haired cat who only wants a hand to pet her or a bath, it gets tangles out easy without causing her any pain, and she tolerates it better than any other brush or comb tried, even coming to the brush and laying down.Not sure why this works so well for ornery cats, but it definitely makes it a lot easier

This is my favorite dog and cat brush. I have a variety of different brushes but this one is my favorite. It's lightweight, feels comfortable to hold and use it, durable, inexpensive, easy to remove hair/fur due to the push of a button that retracts the bristles, and soft feeling on skin (but still gets down to the skin) due to plastic tipped bristles. I bought the small brush for delicate skin since I have 2 cats and 1 dog who all have some type of skin/coat issue. I'll use this to trim my dogs paws since it requires a slicker brush, and overall grooming for my cats and dog.

My daughter-in-law has a very large dog with a very heavy coat. When I babysit him I always give him a good brushing and get almost a full garbage bag of hair each time. And hair flies everywhere! I saw a similar brush advertised and liked the fact that hair stays in the brush until you push the button to clean it. I thought why not try it? I saw this brush on Amazon, and at a much better price, so I got it. Talk about a miracle! This brush works so well on his heavy coat and rather than fly everywhere, the hair stays in the brush until I push the button to clean it. The teeth are long enough to get through that heavy coat down to the undercoat. I can’t believe how much hair I can brush off him without making a mess with dog hair flying everywhere. I can fill up a kitchen garbage bag without making too big a mess and he looks wonderful after a good brushing. And he loves getting brushed now. I’m amazed that this brush does such a good job. And she has told her sister and many of her friends about this find. I highly recommend this brush. It is well worth the price and does a great job. And the dog looks great!

Works well and very easy to clean. Good size so comfortable in tge hand.

We have a Yorkie mix and in the summer we keep his hair short since it's so hot but keep some length on his tail. When I received this we opened it up to test. The push button feature to clean the hair seems to work perfectly BUT the bristles on the standard brush are INCREDIBLY scratchy. My dog backed away a bit after running this down his back and I don't use much pressure since his hair is pretty short. I ran this down my arm and it actually hurts..a bit like little needles scraping your skin. We're going to return this and try the sensitive brush which has the coated tips on its bristles and see if that works better! Crossing our fingers because we don't really need a deshedding tool since his hair is more 'human like' and there's not really a thick undercoat. Great concept and probably perfect for thicker coats but just didn't work for our fur baby.

Works really well at getting all the hair out and my dog LOVES it. It’s also much easier to release hair from the brush
