Your browser does not support HTML5 video.  I got this light for my husband who has a sophisticated office with a glass desk and in stark blacks and whites. This looks fantastic in his office. He loved it when we opened it up, set it up, and plugged it in. First, it runs two ways... batteries and USB port. I like the fact that its not dependent upon a USB to run exclusively, but it saves the batteries if you do indeed plug it into your PC or a USB charger upon the desk. It's large, bright, and really gives a neat glow in the dark. You can cycle through and pick your favorite color, or have it so that it changes colors automatically. One downside, and this isn't a downside for everyone, is that when its cycling through colors on its own, it tends to cycle FAST. I'd really have loved it to slow down or have a setting so I could pick the speed it cycles through. We are an older couple... so maybe a younger person would enjoy the faster cycling more.Otherwise, I loved this lamp. It is soooo beautiful. And it makes an incredible gift for a husband or even a father on father's day!I received this product at a reduced cost in exchange for an honest and unbiased review.
