Lockdown saviour
Mon to Fri mornings with 12 and 16 year old daughters. All of us engaged and motivated and has meant I will be the only one of my peers coming out of lockdown in a better shape than I went in. Really recommend

DVD’s didn’t work
Sadly, the cardio video didn’t work at all. The rest of the videos were 30 seconds long! I’m not sure if it’s a mistake or if I’ve just been mugged. Had to return it after making a complaint to amazon
