Being a first time mom I didn’t really produce a lot of milk myself so I needed some help to build my supply . This supplement works wonders . I do suggest taking 3 at a time instead of 2 though everyone is different . I’m able to pump every 2 hours and my supply is increasing daily . You definitely have to be consistent if you want a healthy supply of breast milk .

So I’m not sure if these are really helping or not. The first day I took them I actually felt like my milk supply was decreasing. I stopped taking them for now just in case. I do like that the pull casing is see through so you can see all of the ingredients inside.

I used this once a day during the evening when my supply seemed low, and it really boosted my supply! I got to feed her in less time than it had taken in the evenings for a long time seeing that she was content sooner. And I even had more to pump before going to bed.

It did enhance my breast milk more than what I had. You also need to be well hydrated. I notice my son would break out with little bumps but they went away on its own.

I will definitely buy again. Increased my supply by 2 oz. may not seem like a lot to most but it’s a lot to me. I use to only pump about .5oz from both sides. Major increase. Good buy.

I absolutely LOVE this product! It works for me! It did take about two days before I noticed an increase. Definitely worth it!

This product is amazing. My supply fluctuates due to my health, but this product has helped me establish my supply. My baby was gassy and hungry. Now she is content and happy. You get a lot more capsules for the price compared to other brands, but it works well. I bought a second one, to continue nursing my little one. Money well spent both times

These didn’t work. At all. I was using a more $$ brand of post natal specifically to increase milk. They for sure worked but I wanted to save $ so bought these instead when ran out of the other. Milk supply went back down on these. Returned and ordered the other brand again
