Bamboo Accents Low-Profile Deck Water Fountain, Indoor/Outdoor Bamboo Fountain with Pump, Wide Classic Nozzle, Split Resistant, DIY Zen Fountain (18" Classic)

The media could not be loaded. Very happy with this bamboo fountain. I had purchased the tall adjustable one by Bamboo Accents but returned it as it was too hard to get the tall spout to stay upright. This one was ready to use right out of the package. One note: the angled spout is not adjustable in any way. I set it on top of a bowl planter which fit perfectly on the top of an old fountain I had. I wanted to allow the hummingbirds in my yard to drink from it, so I used a clay orchid pot which has holes on the side, sat it upright in my bowl planter, and put the pump inside it. I was able to thread the tubing through one of the holes in the orchid pot. Then I placed a copper tray I found on ebay on top of the orchid pot, so the water would fall onto the tray and flow off the sides back into the bowl. The tray is shallow enough to be safe for small birds. I then filled my bowl with polished river rocks and added a fake pond flower to help hide some of the tubing/wiring. The pump isn't too loud - I have it set at medium flow here. No issues with the pump but I've only had it for about a week.

This thing is much sturdier than we anticipated. We had no trouble putting it together and it worked first time. We had gotten a large bowl to put it in and it looks very chic.

Nice and easy setup and looks great, allows you to pick your base and have fun with the designs. Went to Home Goods and got a nice Pot for outside and it has been working straight for 4 months. I don't ever shut it off..

Think I’ve bought just about every bamboo fountain Amazon offers. And this is nearly the best.Most have a bad connection between the motor and the connector tube. The fountain will stop while the weight of the plastic motor pulls away from the rubber tube. Tried super glue, gorilla glue: nothing maintains the connection.This fountain addresses the problem. The tube is slightly narrower than the motor’s connector.So why the minus 1 star? The fountain is so low to the water, there is no sound.

The only reason I am not giving this item a five star review is because it is a little bit small. I have a 32" pond. My previous fountain was 18"adjustable and fit in perfectly. This one is also 18" but since it is a solid piece does not adjust too well.

It is a quaint little addition to my whiskey barrel fish pond. 👍❤️

I waited a while before submitting a review. I was never impressed with any of the pet fountains on the market. A friend had a ceramic floor fountain meant for outdoors that had a small roman statue and a water stream from a "pitcher" held by the statue. Her cats love it. So since that also was not in my budget ...and way too heavy, I started researching. I found this fountain and took a chance. I purchased a 24-inch diameter ceramic bowl from Home Depot, filled it with water and put in the fountain! Cats love it. The pump is small but powerful. I do notice about once a week the stream slows down. I just unplug and wipe off the small amount of cat hair that is stuck to the filter, place back in water and plug in.
