Great at the beach
I had never played horseshoes before, but I bought this set to use at our backyard wedding. We had all the Viva Sol games out during the reception for our friends and family to play with, and the horseshoes were a big hit.The stakes were super easy to get set up and the horseshoes themselves were a good quality. My friends got into some heated competition trying to get a ringer (which is harder than it looks!).With the portable carrying case, I can see us taking this set to the beach to play with our friends. The sand would make a great pit for the stakes.

Purchased this as a gift for my boyfriend for his 40th birthday. At first i was hesitant because the colors of the shoes seemed a little feminine. He wasn't crazy about the color of the shoes at first, but loved the wood carrying case and after one game completely forgot the color. The Powder coat is awesome, dirt knocks right off. This is a great Sturdy set of shoes that has gotten lots of great reviews from our family and friends who have been playing with them all summer.

Best horseshoe set on Amazon
I bought this horseshoe set for one of my wedding lawn games and it was absolutely perfect. My family is from Hawaii, and playing horseshoes at parties is ritualistic in a sense. The quality of this set is outstanding, and just what I was hoping for. I can’t see these breaking or becoming damaged unless you’re deliberately trying to do so.

Beautiful quality
Very heavy durable set. Love the colors but they are so similar. I wish there was a little more difference in shade between the horseshoes. But other than that the family loves them.

Not too happy or excited.
The paint on shoes lasted one game. It’s a metal stake and 4 horse shoes. Not worth the money unless your a city slicker.... waste of money.

Very well made, tournement grade for sure!
Very well made and I love the case. The powder coat is durable but I dont like the colors so I painted over them. No big deal. The stainless steel pins are a nice touch!
