The product makes 12 cupcakes. If you use the zoom on the main image, you can see there are 3 rows of 4 cupcakes each. Amazon allowed a third party seller to update photo content and the 3rd image is incorrect (it is a different product). We have contacted them to update this. Sorry for any confusion.
