Very happy with the warmer we use it everyday in our restaurant.

I like this warmer becuz adjustable heat controll

The units work perfectly the only downside to these as I have purchased four of them is the power that they draw tends to blow the circuits on every event I use the at, I’m not sure why they draw so much electricity but before you buy them if you’re using them for any type of catering be careful with the amount of electricity they draw

DO NOT PURCHASE! JUNK ALERT! I had this for around two years and use it sparingly when we have large events, maybe every couple of weeks, but obviously skip all of 2020. When not in use, it just sits on a table. It's been treated super well and it's super clean. HOWEVER, it died.I opened up the bottom cover to see if it was something obvious and discovered that a simple little part, along with the attached wiring, burned/melted. I contacted Webstaurantstore (as they manufacture this unit or act as the sole buyer (not sure) to see if I could find a name of the part or even a replacement part --as there is no parts diagram nor part listed on Webstaurantstore's website or Avantco's website.Webstaurantstore literally responded with this: "OUR PRODUCT SPECIALISTS GOT BACK TO ME AND THIS IS NOT SOMETHING THAT WE CAN LOOK INTO FURTHER. IF YOU DO WANT TO TRY TO FIND THE PART, THE BEST COURSE OF ACTION WOULD BE TO FIND AN APPLIANCE TECH LOCALLY THAT CAN HELP YOU MATCH IT, BUT THE COST OF THAT WOULD FAR OUTWEIGH THE COST OF PURCHASING A NEW UNIT."This has to be one of the more disappointing “solutions” I’ve experienced with this company. My choice now is to buy a new one (ya right), contact an appliance repair company (and get charged more than the machine's value), or to scrap the machine and buy another version (I haven't been able to identify the little part).Webstaurantstore can't provide me a simple $5 part so they're effectively creating unnecessary waste and financial loss to me. Simple information about the part was all I was asking for, it’s unfortunate to hear that your company’ specialist thinks that this is not worth their trouble.I'll certainly remember this approach next time I need to put effort into finding a supplier. Lame.

Warranty will not cover installation in residential setting. Look for something else.
