This easy to set up system was even nicer than anticipated. It’s sleek subtle design does not overwhelm the space and the adjustable lights are very versatile and helpful when you have different heights of plants. Love all the variations available such as dimmers, light spectrum choice and timer. Best deal you’re going to get for indoor low light plant groupings . Now I can enjoy having more greenery inside without limiting plant type

The set up was easy. I did have some issues keeping it standing, as others mentioned that it is wobbly with the tripod. I put them both in a corner and that was it. No problems!I had a single clip UV light, so I found turning it on for the kind of light I wanted to use, the amount of time, and that was it. Somehow, and luckily for me, I configured it to come on every day for the lights and time I wanted. I’m grateful for this, because I’m sure there would be days where I’d forget to turn them on.It’s also tall enough for my corn plant and my lime tree! Since there are 3 lights, I can even direct them towards plants on the side. There is enough light for everything!

Tripod is stable and easy to assemble and works as described. And, there are 3 different color settings for different stages of plant life. You are not able to adjust brightness. Each goose neck is only about 15in long, so best for smaller plants as show in ad photo. It would have been helpful if the instructions indicated what optimal distance between light and plant should be, but they do not. Overall, this seems to be a good product for the money. If the goose necks were longer, and the instructions more complete, I would have given 5 stars.

I bought this Grow light based on reviews and the features that it was promoting. I was interested in this product as the height was adjustable. One flaw is that depending on how you may position the light, it can tip over because of the weight distribution of that box where the 3 LED lights come out off. A good fix is to make the base weigh a little more. Anyways, it has 3 different light settings, and each color promotes different things such as Blue is for chlorophyll synthesis (pigmentation), Red is for germination and flowering, and Yellow enhances photosynthesis (conversion of Carbon Dioxide to Oxygen). The timer is a neat feature as well! Not only does it turn OFF after a certain period, but it also turns back ON by itself the next day at the same time you had it on the previous night. I own a FIG tree and an Orchid. Both plants are doing well. There are new leaves in my FIG and it's starting to bloom new flowers in my orchid. I was pretty sure my Orchid was about to die, who knew this light would turn things around! It's a good buy, I would recommend this!Attached are some before and after shots. Had the light for 6 months now. I would say this had helped my fiddle fig tree bloom. Had so many new leaves. My plant gets sunlight through the window during the day, and 3 hours of this light at night. Definitely a good addition to have!

I was wary about buying these lights because they don't give the violet light that I am used to seeing. I already had a stand-up light that gave the violet light so I decided to take a gamble and purchased it. This was the same price as the stand-up (adjustable stand) one I bought, and pretty sturdy.1. The arms are really sturdy and stay put in whatever position you adjust them to, rather than just flop down.2. The clip is really firm, it takes a lot of strength to get the clip to open but that just means that it clamps on well. The padding also is a nice touch to ensure that it doesn't scratch whatever surface you decided to clamp them onto.3. I was worried about my plants not being able to grow but I see a lot of growth. I am growing dahlia's and cape jasmine. When I got the cape jasmine, there were lots of buds but none had flowered. After some water and a day under the lamp, I got one flower, and then more opened up the following days. (It's been around 5 days). The reach is pretty good too as I have the plant around 3 ft away from the arms. The dahlias I had under a violet light but after getting this one, I moved it under my growing station to make room for other plants on top. After 5 days or so, you can see some growth has occurred.4. The timer function is really nice and simple too. I set it to whatever time I want and then I don't have to worry about having to turn it on or off for the day. Over all, my experience is pretty good.5. I read somewhere that the light itself (the led bulbs I suppose) can get hot but mine doesn't. There is some warmth to them but I can comfortably touch it without burning myself and I don't think it is giving excess heat to the plants.Overall, my experience with the lamp is really good.

I love the multiple arms, very easy to position. The base is not as sturdy as I hoped, but it works. The lights could be a bit brighter, but again, it works. The absolute worst is the timer function. I have two other systems of timed lights that I coordinated to all start at 8am, for a 12-hr function. This particular stand, I figured out, shuts off roughly 20-25 minutes earlier each day. In less than a week, it went from starting at 8am, to starting just after 6am. Every 3 or 4 days I have to unplug, reset, then re-program. I haven't tried the other time increments to see if they do the same. But I also don't want these on a schedule of 6 hours to be on thru the night either.

This product has not died on me at all I have had for a decent while the stand might be a little small and fall over easy but if you never touch it, it works amazing! Has not died or anything!
