I do like the touch screen all my Icom rigs are touch screen Not too hard to figure out, my 7300 & 705 are pretty much the same, just laid out in a different fashion.I think it was a good deal, for my money, didn’t take but a couple days to arrive! If you have experience with the newer Icom rigs this is an easy do.

The faceplate disconnects so you can protect it from the sun. The scan functions allow me to scan by region and find repeaters near me when travelling. D-Star connects you to anyone in the country, this is easily my new favorite mobile radio!
