Works well and spins very fast. The plastic that surrounds the wire is starting to come off but I do jump on the sidewalk.I think it would last much longer if I were jumping on a smoother surface.

It cuts through the air so smoothly and is perfect for speed. The adjustable handles make it very compatible for a shorter person as well as a taller person. I am 6 foot tall and I had to adjust it to make it just a bit short and the adjustment part works just great. So this rope should be able to be the perfect fit for someone a few inches taller than 6 foot. I have have probably 20 jump ropes and none of them held up. Either they were too long or too short or the rope was not heavy enough to make it through the air and just did not work. The handle are smaller so its an easy grip and they turn as the rope turns to no tangles or binds. If you are looking for a jump rope, which obviously you are or you would not be here, then this is the one for you. Perfect quality for the price. I definitely recommend you start jumping rope because it is better on your body than running and you should definitely start with this jump rope right here. The cable running through the handles perpendicular as opposed to into the hollow base of the handle makes for a non-smooth, clunky rotation. Just didn't appeal to me and if I'm going to jump for 30-45 min. I want it to be enjoyable and not feel like I'm focusing on my wrists not getting tangled.

One of the adjustable screws came loose and flew off while I was using it, rendering this useless on my third usage of it.

Everything is good, and like that you can adjust the length. The only slightly annoying part is the extra string that is hanging off after you adjust, which is my only complaint.

This is a very nice jump rope. It is really dur able and stong. Its nice to see these made oUT of metal insread of the old rope ones. I love that you can adjust the size for different heights my son is a bit taller then me so we can adjust it down for me. This is very sturdy, easy to use and well constructed. It's durabke its heavy but it's light weight and easy to store. This is an awesome product one that will last me a really long time.I was sold this product at a discounted price for an honest review.

I'm 5'2" and this jump rope was way too long. I tried adjusting it but couldn't figure it out now matter how hard I tried. In the end I ended up donating it to my gym.

It's broken just in a couple week. Junk
