The pills are not big, they are easy chewable, and most importantly they don't have a bad taste. The color is not the most appealing to a child (they are dark grey), but once she tried one the rest was easy. The are a little pricey but are worth every penny. My daughter used them for 3 months, her iron levels had increased. Our pediatrician recommended another 3 months on them, and she has been doing well with them, no struggles to take her medications.

We've tried the syrup first, but my daughter didn't like the taste . Next we were looking to the kids gummies , but the daily amount she was suppose to take was kind of hight, so it didn't make sense. After talking to her pediatrician we decided to go with the chewable adult version and it worked !! She loved it ! Not once complained about the taste or the fact she needs to take it daily. The only problem was that her teeth got colored from the pills, so be aware ! Brush every time after taking them ! After a month her iron deficiency was gone.

I’ve only been taking this iron for about two weeks. I love it. It’s chewable and I feel like it gets into my system faster. The flavor is great! I want to chew more. If you have children that need iron they shouldn’t have a problem with the taste. Honestly this is a very good iron product. Nothing funky either cause it’s vegan!

These remind me of flintstones vitamins a bit. I need a lot of iron, still trying to rebuild my iron stores. Most things make me sick, can't take a lot of pills, vitamins, or supplements in pill form. These have high iron content, easy on the stomach, and good price. I can't keep down any of the prescription or otc iron pills. You really can't go wrong here.

I have been using this company for a year and I definitely can't recommend enough. I had anemia and other supplements upset my menstrual cycle. But these pills are very gentle on my stomach.

Edit: the company reached out to me to rectify the situation, which I appreciate.I purchased these to replete my iron stores after birth. My doctor said to take 2 of these, 4 days a week, for a couple months in order to increase iron levels. My iron levels were LOWER at 3 months of this supplement than they were before I started. They also caused horrible stomach pain, nausea, and severe constipation. Skip these and try another brand, so you can hopefully avoid iron infusions. Unfortunately, since these didn't work, I now have to get iron infusions.
