Excellent came fast with all nessciary hardware (in the drawer) , it was lacking any instructions but its pretty obvious how to put it together . Definitely worth the money so far. My kiddos are super excited to start using it.**** UPDATE **** DEFINITELY WOULD RECOMMEND, make cotton candy so fast you can bearly keep up with it.

Missing all the hardware to attach the top section to the base and all off the rivets on the main unit were loose. Also had no instructions with unit for assembly.

This machine was nearly impossible to assemble. There were no instructions. We bought it six months ago and have had trouble with it for most of that time. The screws to the top of the spinner stripped out and the lid won't close tight enough to hold the sugar in the spinner. So it just spits sugar out instead of cotton candy.

I was very excited to buy and soon use. However I had no Instructions to Follow and when I finally put it together the machine didn’t even Spain which caused the sugar to burn. And now I’m not sure what the problem is.

This is absolute junk!!! It came all broke- and it was a nightmare trying to get a refund. Don’t waste your money!!!
