It's a big bag of peppercorns! These are great. If you've never ground your own black pepper before, start today. The difference in the taste is worth the effort. Also I think they have electric gizmos that grind it for you as well instead of turning by hand.

As a home cook these peppercorns are a great addition to your pantry. Great quality at an affordable price. I cook daily and only use fresh ground pepper. This product allows me to purchase in the bulk quantity I need without breaking my budget! 10/10 in my kitchen!

Minus 1 star for packaging, its quite messy dispensing this into a jar, little balls everywhere.4 stars for flavor and everything else. Super fresh peppercorn. I use this both for cooking and as table aide pepper. Nothing really compares to freshly ground pepper so much flavor with a hint of spicy.The bag seals nicely, id ultimately like to see this have a pour spout with screw on lid. Would make dispensing and filling in to jars so much easier (funnels dont work that well doable but annoying)The amount you get lasts a decent while and because its full peppercorn it stays fresh (weve all had that stale barely noticable pre-ground pepper, blah)You get the texture you want through a grinder anywhere from super fine to big and coarse for show.Because this is fresh the heat level is more intense then pre-ground pepper, add a lot of some extra spicy flavor or a little to get a proper peper taste.

I bought the first bag back in May of 2023. I say first as I plan on buying another one soon. I have two sets of grinders, smaller grinders for the dinner table and larger grinders for cooking. I just emptied the bag into the grinders just this morning. With almost two years of using this product, used almost every single day as I cook a lot, I can say that I have been nothing but incredibly pleased. Fantastic product. I have bought Tellicherry from other brands and they didn't have the same great taste. Highly recommend.
