For your wireless alarm system
Not long ago ADT decided to no longer send out techs to fix their systems so now you need to buy the parts and batteries etc and put them in yourself. Theses are expensive little buggers but in bulk makes it affordable. Keep the extras in the refrigerator and they last for years.

Make sure the colors of the batteries are correct.
In general, these batteries are fine. However, ONE month ago I ordered this set due to multiple low battery warnings in some of our home alarm devices. The batteries that came then were gray/black, not the black, blue, yellow colors as pictured. They lasted only a month, typically they last 1-2 years. The new set that came were the pictured colors. I'm guessing the gray/black ones were generic OEM or foreign knock-offs that were low quality. Amazon wouldn't refund because it was past 30 days, although how was I supposed to know they would be defective right away?Anyway, if the batteries you receive don't have the same black/blue/yellow colors as pictured in this description, my recommendation is to immediately send them back for an exchange with the reason being the product provided doesn't match the description.

These work very well in my Surefire flashlights, they last longer than Duracells.
