Great value for the price. I really like how I'm able to make adjustments. I would just get some chair leg grips incase your chair is on a hard floor surface. Even with a person on it, the chair may slide a little.

I really hate leaving bad reviews, but feel I must for this massage chair. Plain and simple; it's junk. I'm an experienced, long-time licensed massage therapist who rarely does chair massage. I thought I could get away with buying a cheaper model to replace my previous chair that lasted 8 years. I couldn't have been more wrong!I noticed the poor quality and construction right out of the box. It has a weak, wobbly frame, a poor design that allows screws to rub against the padding, cheap hardware, crooked chest pad, bent seat rest, etc. This chair wouldn't have made it through the event I needed it for. I ended up cannibalizing it for parts to fix my old chair, since all I really needed was the padding.To wrap up, I wouldn't recommend this chair to anyone. Not even a student, beginner massage therapist, or therapist who only occassionally does chair massage.

Good massage chair and fits even a big guy like me at 6'4" and 270lbs.

this is a very well made and strong massage chair. it has many adjustments, more than massage chairs I've used that cost 2 to 3 times more! only complaint I have is the velcro on the face cradle cushion and plywood base is weak and do not align properly with each other. a minor concern, I just put additional adhesive backed industrial velcro on both. Also the plywood is a little thin, but I think it will hold up fine.

This is not a good product, I dislike it very much. It's not sturdy, wobbles when someone is trying to sit. It doesn't adjust well. Has many sharp edges that can cause an injury if not careful. I don't recommend this product at all.

Seat is pretty close to middle base and not adjustable, making it kind of hard for a person with larger mid section to be comfortable. Have not had long enough to speak of much more.

Love this chair! I work in a chiropractic office and our massage therapist offers complimentary chair massages as well as going to events with us to do massages. The chair is easy to manipulate, not heavy and super easy to fit into the back of the car with no trouble! Best purchase ever!

This thing broke started breaking down the first day I used it. One of the stoppers broke inside the legs, the other came off, leaving me to transport it with no protection from the exposed metal openings on the bottom of the legs so the bag tore up almost instantly. The headrest handle broke in the job. I made my money back off this chair but just barely. I wouldn't buy this chair again. Save your money buy a better chair from a better company.
