This thing has such a simple design that I really thought it was just a gimmick. I was wrong. It's simple and that's probably why it's so great. My back feels so much better now. I used to have to ask my wife every day sometimes multiple times to pop my back cuz it was hurting. This does it all by itself. It was painful at first because my muscles running down my back were so stiff. I usually just did a couple rolls to pop my back throughout the day. Now after a few weeks of daily use my back pain is gone and it doesn't hurt to use anymore. It actually feels good to get that stretch/massage. Highly recommend giving it a shot! I got the 10" wheel.

Ordered my chirp wheel two years ago. It was a little challenging at first but after 2 weeks I noticed a huge difference. Now I probably use it 2-3 times a week and it really helps with back pain from sitting or standing too long at work.Yesterday my chirp wheel broke with just normal use. Very disappointing, but I rely on it so much I wanted another one. The company offers a one-year warranty, but I contacted them on their website using the chat feature, and after just a few questions they sent me a new one for free. EXCELLENT customer service, would highly recommend this product to ANYONE. Just give yourself some time to get used to it and you'll love it.

I sit way too much, and moved away from my chiropractor several years ago. Since then, I've had recurring pain in my neck, lower back, and between my shoulder blades. which I've been treating with the occasional professional massage. For once I have to thank an ad for leading me to the right product, because this 10" Chirp roller is fantastic.It takes a few minutes to learn how and when to relax into the backward stretch you want, but once you you you'll find your back cracking like a zipper. You'll also find a breathless, but almost transcendent relaxation that's hard to describe. I used it twice a day for a few days, and on several occasions, I swear I felt vertebrae slipping into their proper positions; quite a different sensation from the general cracking and popping. Now I'm just using it daily or so; I'm tempted to pack it for business trips.I suggest you start by sitting and centering the wheel behind you, tucked in against the center of your back. Rest the heels of your hands on the lower curve of the wheel behind you to keep it stable. Then just relax and let your shoulders lean slowly back. As you relax into it, the backward bend will start to feel good. At that point, put your palms and feet flat on the floor in whatever position feels comfortable, and slowly walk yourself up and down the wheel. The 10" wheel seems to do its best work between and just below my shoulder blades; I liked it so much that I followed by ordering a 4" wheel, which did good things to my neck vertebrae, but due to the forward-jutting articulation of my neck vertebrae, leaves my T1 feeling bruised. I recommend getting the version with the detachable handles, which offer you the ability to put traction on your upper neck. I felt a tiny bit taller after using it this way.I'm likely to wind up with a complete set of these things and wishing I'd just bought the four-pack.

I was gifted one and used it for almost 2 years. Then it cracked so I bought another and now, 6 months later, it broke the same way. Cracked. It would be better if it was more durable or had a stronger design. I won’t be buying another. There are other wheels on amazon with stronger designs. We’ll see if they are as or more effective.

I'm returning mine because I ordered a size too big. It does bring a lot of relief after use. I was admittedly uncomfortable using it the first time because I should have ordered the smaller one. Also my muscles were too tight. After use I felt a lot of tension go out of my muscles. If I had ordered the right size Im sure I would have not returned it. I will order the small next time.
