The best choice and great light!
This light had all the bells and whistles. It was battery operated, remote control, dimmable, and easy to hang. It also allowed my to adjust the direction of the spot. Most picture lights that I wanted were hundreds of dollars .I wanted a light that was tiny so my picture would be the focus not a huge light above it. I also did not want to see a cord going down the wall! WoW ! I love this light . They designed this so well.

Instant drama for a good price!
These remote controlled mini-spots work great! I placed them in a large bathroom with an awkwardly placed main light. They're bright, and the fact they can change colors make for a really nice display. My only disappointments were 1) the adhesive discs didn't work on my patterned ceiling: they stuck, but dropped off within 24 hours. However, they dopped onto a porcelain tile floor and were undamaged! Very sturdy! I was able to stick them on a section close to the ceiling, and because the lights swiveled nearly 360°, I got nearly the same effect. 2) You have to pretty much point the remote directly at each light for it to work properly. I have a line of lights, and have been unable to turn all on at rhe same time.Having said all this, the price was great, and I'm very pleased with the results!

Nice wireless accent spot light, but color settings are oddly limited.
There are a bunch of listing with near identical looking devices, but I chose this one because it had RGB lighting options in addition to the usual white color temps. But unfortunately if you want color, you're limited to only red, only blue, only green, or an animated fading mode. If you want purple light, you can't just set it to purple like so many other RGB lights. The included remote control is kind of limited whereas many products include an array of color buttons. That said, I decided to keep these and installed on the side walls of my home theater with the intent to use them to gently illuminate some collectibles on shelves along the side of the movie screen. The lamps are directional, but the focal length or size of the spotlight is not. So if you want a tighter spot, the device must be closer, or a larger area of illumination the device must be further back. The edge of the spotlight is not sharp, but more diffuse so it creates gentle illumination which I like, but in this case it kind of overflows more than I wanted. (I also bought another light for this purpose which was super tight and sharp, but extremely bright and also not adjustable besides physically relocating the source.)The brightness can be adjusted several steps, and for my purposes, I use it on the lowest setting and it provides just enough illumination to see the collectibles while not overly disrupting the projection. At the highest setting, it's almost too bright, but I could see that coming in really handy if you are using this to illuminate a picture frame or large piece of wall art. That's the main reason I decided to keep these, because I may end up relocating and using them for other areas when I find a more suitable solution for the home theater. These require three AA batteries, and so far I've had these for a few months now and haven't had to change batteries. Unless you're running them all day every day, I imagine the batteries will last a very long time. One thing that was a big negative, though I found a work-around -- when you install the batteries, the case has to twist to close on them and the way the case is designed, when you attach it to the wall mount, it shorts out/grounds the batteries to the screw that holds it to the wall and the light shuts off! So it works great, then you close it up and twist it onto the wall mount and it stops working. The work-around was having to carefully place it where it just barely hooks onto the mount. The better option is to add a little piece of electrical tape over the exposed screws in the wall mount bracket after it's installed on the wall. It really is a design flaw, but not enough for me to return them.Whether this works for your particular uses, it really depends on what it is you're lighting up, the room's ambient brightness, and distance from where you plan to mount it to what you want to light up.

nice little lights with some power
Didn't expect to get this much light from them - I used them in a haunted attraction - worked out great. easy to install, the changeability of the colors by remote was perfect and it lit up the objects or specific scenery better than expected.

Flimsy/Not sticky enough
The lighting is nice and colors are just basic RGB. Brightness is good for me because I just need low lights. I was going to order another since I realized I need 3. I inserted the batteries and closed the twist lid but the bottom would not close tight because the tabs broke off. I cleaned the ceiling before sticking them up and waited a day to let it dry. The light fell after a day or two of being up. Picture shows no dust or dirt on the sticky surface. Dirt on the edge in pic is because it fell in my plant. A waste of money if you don't want to use screws but be prepared for the bottom to break when changing the batteries.

Very Bright, Great Value
I have to say I was really impressed with these! Great value for a two pack first of all. We were looking for something to spotlight artwork furniture without having to run new wiring and install lighting and this did the trick. The lights were way brighter than expected and the remotes worked perfectly. There are 2 remotes and 2 lights however you only need one remote to work both lights if using in the same room which was great. It came with small wood screws and adhesive so you can choose how you would like to mount. We used the screws and they held well. We adjusted the angle and the color and were very satisfied. Will be ordering another pair!
