Unfortunately I can not get ahold of the company for a replacement part I need, I would love if they could reach out!The overall tuner itself was easy to assemble and took a matter of minutes.The turner if you have used one is pretty self explanatory.However after a few uses of the turner I began having to tighten the screw fitting in to the motor to keep my turner spinning. If I did not do this the arm would become lose and not spin knocking my cup of the turner or just not spinning at all.Because if This the attachment that holds on the pvc arm broke from wear and tear from having to tighten the screw so frequently and now only one side of my turner will work without having to get a replacement, but... that side is having the same issues just hasn’t broke yet.For lying 100 dollars you do get the heat gun which was awesome but for the quality of the turner I don’t think it was worth it.

This is my first time buying a tumbler kit but when I saw it, I was surprised to see the amount of things that came in the box. It’s combo of 2 tumbler turners which is a great feature that lets you make 2 tumblers at the same time. I’ve made one for my friend as a birthday day gift and she loved the special gift so much because it’s unique. The assemble instructions were simple and easy to follow. The motors that turn the tumbler attached to the OVC pipes were very quiet and could turn 2 directions. They have a quick disconnect in the middle of the power cable that I think is for emergencies. The glitter it comes with have a bright shine to them making the tumbler look high quality. This is a great tumbler kit to design and decorate your own patterns on tumblers. I love that it came with everything I need to get started.

Board A is snapped, the pvc pipe is to small for the cap i had to alternate some things to get it to work it does get warm quick so do not leave unattended ........was only able to use a total of 2x whole this died. The company did give me back $8 because of the broken board. But a week later (the first time using it) I had to replace 1 of the motors it wasn't fully turnin then few days ago the other one died and of course 4 days after my 30 windows closed to return.. It is TOTALLY JUNK(( nice idea but

I have used this cup turner a total of 4 times and I already hate it. For the price, you gets lots of goodies, but I really don't like the turner. It doesn't support the weight of larger cups, like 30oz. I had a 30oz cup turning and the PVC pipe was grinding up against the wood frame and it sparked. Everything about this is cheap, you can tell it's made in China or something because the PVC pipes and holes for the wood frame don't match. I have one PVC pipe that's larger and you really have to shove it into the lid on the motor. They come loose too much. If I could return this items I would.

Im not great at putting anything together but the hubby says its totally simple to out together, couldnt find a protective mask locally so having to order one on line before i can actually use the machine. But so far from what i see it should work. Its a good set for the price brings alot of stuff i would have had to get separately.

I was so excited to get my cup Turner, but one of them has already stopped working properly. The motors get way too hot and I have to keep a fan on them to make sure they don’t burn up. All the extra stuff it comes with is nice but the Turner itself is not worth it.

Tried to use it the first time and the one side didn’t work. After re-doing the wire connection on that side I Used it twice and then the motors were starting to get jerky and then the screw that holds the PVC pipe to the motor started to back out. Literally $109 down the drain. I do not recommend this one. Find a different one to buy.

I will start off by saying that assembly was easy-but that doesn't matter if the actual product doesn't work. My turners do not spin even with me taking apart and reassembling several times. So essentially I have a brand new product that I can't even use. The other products in the kit are fine, however, I am really bummed that I couldn't even use the main product that I needed and will have to spend even more money to replace it ! So basically-don't buy this !
