I've purchased quick tips twice. The first time the small tips fit my shoes perfectly. I wasn't in love with how they looked, but they worked and were good enough for extending the life of a pair of work pumps. The second time I ordered the tips were for a pair of heels that I thought were similar enough to the first pair of heels that I should go for the small tips. But the small tips were way too large and the tips fell off (I couldn't even hold them on with superglue). And the x-small tips were way too tight for those heels.So I would say that the tips work great to temporarily extend the life of your heels ... if the tips fit. I would not consider these tips to permanently fix your heels, but more of a stop-gap measure before you splurge on a new pair of heels.

Cannot BELIEVE how easy it is to use! Within 10 seconds, I had fixed my favorite pair of heels that I thought needed to be thrown away. I wish I had found this so much sooner! Make sure you measure both length AND width of your heel. I thought my heel was a square shape at first but then saw that it was rectangular. The instruction says to size down if it is between sizes. I am glad I sized down. I had to wiggle it a bit to get it on the one shoe but the results are instantaneous and so worth it. I will always have these in my purse from now on, just in case!!

I wear heels daily to my job and the bottom plastic piece ALWAYS ends up falling off! When I walk, the metal heel clicks on the floor and it drives me nuts so I have always had to end up throwing the shoes away. I'm so glad I found these, they work perfectly and they aren't very noticeable! The only negative thing about them, they don't fit very snug so you have to super glue them on or else they will fall off. I ordered one size that was too small so I ordered up one size and it was too big. But nothing a little super glue can't take care of.

I purchased the XS size for my heels. They look great but have not yet worn the shoes to see how durable they are or how long they will last. Considering it costs $20.00 at the cobbler, this is. Great alternative

These are cheap pieces of plastic that do not work or even stay on your heel for that matter. The measuring instructions were confusing so I ended up ordering multiple sizes and the small fit on my heel but didn't fit correctly and ended up falling off one of my shoes the first time I wore them. I tried the XS but they couldn't even get it on my shoes so went with the Small and they didn't fit properly but at least covered the nail part at the bottom but didn't stay on. Lost one the first day I wore them and threw the other away when I got home.

I measured very carefully and the instructions said to opt for smaller size if in between sizes. I did and they are too small to fit the heel. Only gave a 3 star as I didn’t think instructions for ordering was good, but if they had fit they looked like a good product. Not taking my chance on another order though… will take and look as t brick & mortar store.

These are so perfect. They stretch and are easy to use. They look like the original heel of my shoes and didn’t feel strange walking on them. They saved my favorite pair of work shoes!

The large ones fit my lifestride heels perfectly! I recommend gluing them on though just because a few reviews stated theirs came off. I walk about 3 miles a day at work and wear the tips off within 2-3 weeks of purchasing new heels. My first purchase, I only purchased 1 pack to make sure they’d work for me. I used on 2 different pairs of my heels and to my amazement they work fabulously! They are even quieter when I walk with the heel tips on. My staff always knows when I’m coming because they can hear my heels coming down the hall but now they can’t hear me coming. I purchased 2 more packs on Amazon then went straight to their website and ordered 4 pairs on their website. If they last for 1-3 months they still save me so much money on heels. I was buying 2-3 pairs of heels per month just because the heels tips wore off so quickly. Nothing else is wrong with my high heels except for the tips. I used to throw all my heels away once the tips wore off but now I can repair the tips and move on! Gogo heels should offer a monthly subscription service.Update: I love this company, I can’t say enough about their customer service and their product! I saved 15 pairs of high heels so far and just received another order in the mail so I’ll be repairing at least 5 more pairs tonight! Best of all they are made in the USA!Update 12/12/21: I started putting Gogo heel tips on all my new heels and they work fabulously! I’ve repaired 20 pairs of heels with the Gogo tips. They are still in decent shape and I wear heels every single day except for Saturday and Sunday. I do drop a dab of super glue in the heel tips before putting them on the heels. Only 1 tip has come off and that was only due to my heel getting stuck in the crack of a sidewalk but I found the tip and glued it back on and it’s still going strong weeks later.
