I purchased this in March 18. It was easy to pair, and although there was some lag on first typing, many Bluetooth keyboards suffer similar problems, so this wasnt a deal breaker. Within a month the gold was rubbing off on the corners. Hmm... irritating but only cosmetic, not affecting the function. However, this morning when I opened it up the hinge bar cracked and now it wont hold the ipad upright. I contacted Dingrich to ask for a refund/replacement. Within three hours they had emailed me and offered a replacement. Impressive customer support. I hope the new case stands up to use for longer.

I was initially Very pleased with this product. ipad safe and secure, keyboard light but sensitive to the touch, backlit keyboard. But it has a broken hinge after only 5 months of average domestic use. I cannot now be used. I have contacted manufacturers for advise and am awaiting a reply. I will amend this review after hearing from manufactures.Pleased to say that customer service was great I got a replacement immediately, however after a few months I noticed a sticky space bar, i would get full stops where I didn’t want one and am forever retyping my text.

My branded keyboard of my iPad Air has not working properly after two years on duty. So, I have to look for another keyboard to replace my old keyboard. I searched this lovely one on amazon and wondered if I was going to buy it as it was half of the price cheaper than the old one. Finally, I decided to try this one as it was cheaper. I found this keyboard does what it mentioned in the description and was so easy to setup just following the information in the booklet. I’m pleased with this purchasing and it delivered on time. Thank you.

I carry this with me most times I go out - excellent transformation from a casual tablet to a work laptop!

Had some difficulty in getting it started and wish instructions had been a tad clearer and fuller but that’s possibly because I’m elderly, am sure my grandchildren would have had it up and running in two ticks! Once I’d realised what I hadn’t clicked it was a piece of cake and such a pleasure to use, beautiful piece of quipment.

Works really well. The battery life is excellent a very good addition to the iPad.

Easy to set up, easy to use and a very useful hard cover. Impressed
