The bowl is nice and thick and very sturdy. It’s really useful for my little shrimp and they seem really happy!

Little smaller than I had hoped for but my water lotus is beginning to enjoy it

I bought this to make a candle holder for my wife. She likes the "bowl candles" behind Sandra Bullock in the movie "The Lake House" when she seemingly gets stood up at the restaurant. This bowl looks very much like those in the movie.The glass is plenty thick, so there's not much chance of breakage if you're reasonably careful with it. I'm just saying it's not a delicate bowl. There are artifacts in the glass - little bubbles here and there - which I wish weren't there but my wife says it gives the bowl character. Also, if you sit at just the right angle, usually eye level, and look through the bowl, it appears slightly milky. It's not bad, but just something to be aware of. As a planter, or a goldfish bowl, it would be a non-issue, but this one has a candle inside it.

Used this to create a beautiful centerpiece! Excited to play around with other ideas as the seasons change!

Listen, I don't have a green thumb so don't expect greatness.But the bowls were perfect for me to try out some new mediums for some peace lilies that were dying at Lowes!

It was the exact size I was looking for. Good overall but I have to deduct two stars for the super sharp edges inside. It can cut you easily if you are not careful.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:I ordered the wrong vase, but can use it for another event.
