Very surprised at immediate effect effect
I don't like the taste of apple cider vinegar but wanted to try these to help with reflux. They taste really nice. For 8 weeks I've been struggling with awful reflux, sinus issues and tinnitus. Day 1 I took 3x gummies. I had no reflux that night. Felt less bloated. Sinuses felt clearer and no tinnitus. Day 2 took another 3. Again no reflux and sinuses are almost clear. I'm ditching the lansoprasol and nasal spray! I also feel like I have more energy. I don't think they'd have worked so quickly for that but I've definitely slept better due to no reflux.

These taste incredible and are really fun to take each day but considering that apple cider vinegar is mostly used for weight loss, I’m not sure if them being so high in sugar is helpful

Shocked!
Did not think these would do anything, thought I'll try these and probably not buy them again! My snacking was so bad and the need to snack between meals was stopping me from sticking to calories! Instantly they have stopped me even thinking about snacking, my bloating has reduced + getting better every day (it's been 5 days) I have lost weight and feel like I can now stick to my calories without feeling hungry or craving anything in-between meals! Would defo recommend!

Warning do not buy !!!!
I bought theses 3 months ago thinking the reviews looked good and I knew about apple cider vinegar having health benefits but couldn’t stand to drink it from the bottle!!!! I then bought theses thinking wow so taste and in a gummy form perfect!!! Now from the last 3 months since I have been taking them I have terrible wind and loose bowels to be clear ! I was rushed to the a&e 2 times due to constant belching and trapped gas to the point I was in tears doctor believed I had IBS or acid reflux but this all started since I took these gummy’s when I told my doctor to was taking them he took them out my hand and binned them !!! don’t be fooled we really don’t know what is contained inside them and for what ever reason your buying them for trust me it’s not worth to be stuck in the e&a not being able to fart and bursting a blood vessel in your throat by burping too much !!! Even after couple days of stopping am still having pain am just hope these gummys leave my system soon.
