Good little tracker
I received this product at a discounted price in exchange for an honest review. I got this for my grandson for Christmas not realizing that his phone wasn't compatible but we made it work by downloading the app to my phone. It does the basics which is all he needed. Seems well made and is working like it should. I will update if anything changes such as breakage.

GREAT FITNESS TRACKER FOR SLACKERS LIKE ME!!!
I decided to get the fitness tracker. It is sold by H L X. I've included some pictures below. Here is what I think about it.* fitness tracker* Black wristband with digital component* charging unit included* downloadable app for my iPod* not very helpful instructionsThis is your typical looking fitness tracker. It follows the usual concept. It tracks your steps, sedentary activity, sleeping and drinking habits. It is a watch type band made of soft black rubber. Feels and looks like a black watch. Easy to wear. There is just one minor detail I'm not happy with. I really don't like the charger. It has four teeth that need to match up and connect with the back of the watch. They are attached in a clamp like device. It easily slips off. You think you are charging and one small touch moves it. I have learned to put it in an area where nothing can disturb it. It seems overly sensitive. It has a digital display that gives the date, battery life and military time. The next click shows you how many steps you've taken for the day. The next click tells you the distance you have walked. The next click gives you your calorie burning/consumption rate. Your final click gives you your sleep cycle. The app gives you options for you to customize the activities you prefer to choose. I enjoy seeing progress made on my step count every day. That's really what I mostly interested in.It's quick to set up. Oh my! The instructions included are not helpful! Once you download the app, you can figure it out easily. Just make sure to Bind your charged device to your phone. Customize your preferences in the app and start monitoring what you're doing.Everybody wants to start out with healthy goals in the new year. This is literally I handy way to keep you on track. You can even set a buzzer to tell you when to get up and move around. You can set a reminder of when to drink water. You literally don't have an excuse. This will make everything become a habit. I highly recommend it.I purchased this at a discount in exchange for my honest unbiased review. All of the opinions expressed here are solely my own.

Great for tracking basic information, but not for major fitness goals
This fitness tracker is good if you are looking to track basic information regarding steps taken, calories burned, and sleep. It's not as advanced as a FitBit, but it's also a fraction of the cost of the FitBit. I am not an avid exerciser, but I was curious about my general activity during the day and the amount of sleep I get at night. If you're looking for basic info, then you'll like this. If you're looking for a device to help track major fitness goals, I would keep looking.Pros:-It is lightweight and flexible.-The display is bright and easy to read.-It is easy to download and connect to the app.-The app is relatively easy to navigate.-You can set you own targets for goal number of steps a day and set reminders for anything. I set a reminder for every 2 hours to remind me to drink water.-The battery lasts a really long time. I've worn it for 5 days without needing to charge it.Cons:-The items doesn't really look exactly as pictured. The band looks smooth in the photo, but it's more a textured material.-Several of the features aren't available for IOS, so some of the features described won't work with an iPhone (call reminder, message alert, sedentary reminder, and remote camera).-It doesn't really come with many instructions (there's a small folded pamphlet), so you have to figure most of it out on your own. It's not difficult to figure out for the most part, but it takes a little more effort. One thing I've yet to figure out is how much "deep sleep" versus "light sleep" I should be getting. It tracks both, but it gives no frame of reference of what is appropriate.-I may just be a hard sleeper, but the vibration alarm clock does not wake me up. I set three alarms 15 minutes apart, and none of them woke me (fortunately, I'd set another alarm as a backup).-The English in the app isn't great. You can tell what they mean, but there are some odd things.-It only displays military time, and I can't find a way to change it. This may not be a con for many people, but my brain isn't programmed that way.

Cute
Ok it took a while to receive this item. After a long wait, it is not a brand like it says in the description. It is a generic item. I am rating it on the look and feel since I have to use it longer to give it a review based on its usability. The band feels like a soft plastic on your skin. Feels top quality as you would expect a fitness tracker to be. The instructions are quite small so you will need a magnifier to be able to read. You have to download an app on your phone for the tracker to record your information.I received this item at a discount price for my honest review
