These are a must have postpartum! I used both the Frida Mom version & these. Both were good and had different pros / cons. Below are my pros/cons for this product.PROS-price point, good bang for your buck-gets VERY cold-very easy to use / activateCONS-these are pretty big & heavy-the contents inside the pad slush around so sometimes had to lean forward to get the coldness where I needed it to be

I would not have gotten through my postpartum recovery without these! The hospital sent me home with a couple and I quickly ran out of them, so thank goodness Amazon carried the perineal cold packs! I purchased two packs of these because I wore them nonstop. They are super easy to use. You take off the outer layer of plastic and then bend the ice pack in half. You will hear a little crackle and then you can use it right away-no wait! I am so thankful and grateful that Amazon has these in stock because I so desperately needed them!

These pads definitely help with the occasional pain and discomfort you experience after having a vagina birth. They are a lot more comfortable to me compared to the Frida Mom ice pads I originally got before giving birth. I also like how it stays in place on my underwear compared to Frida Mom pads..those tend to move around or the adhesive wears off after a bit. Another thing I loved is how fast it came and how many pads were included making it worth the price! My package actually arrived 3 days before the date I was originally given by amazon, which of course made me a happy customer.It may be the heat & humidity over here, but my only complaint is I wish it was a little colder 😩 or stayed colder longer but besides that I like them a lot so far and would definitely recommend to other postpartum mommies out there!

Yes, yes, yes. After I birthed my baby I used the hospital ice packs until I came home. The hospital sent me home with some ice packs. I didn’t want to run out so I ordered some. They work great. Worth the money. They have a sticky side (like a pad) so they stay put.Put some tucks pads on top of the ice pack and it’s heaven. I had a 2nd degree tear and and had an episiotomy. It offered some much needed relief.

I purchased these because some reviews raved about how cold they are. They get very cold but out of the handful of pads I wore, more than 1/2 of these leaked.Returned the box, I don’t need chemicals on my stitched up area after giving birth.

Overall, these did the job. For me personally, I would prefer another thin layer of pad or something between the ice and skin, since it felt extremely cold and uncomfortable minutes after activating the pack. It is great size, just like a long overnight pad. Easy to use, instructions on every pad. It is much colder then Frida mama brand, but I would prefer the lining between ice and skin from Frida mama brand.

These ice packs were essential for my postpartum journey. I loved the little strip you peel off so they don’t slide around when you apply them to your adult diaper or underwear. They were easy to pop and got very cold after a couple good shakes.
