I was very stopped up after an inginuinal hernia surgery repair. I tried Epsom salt which did not work. I drank a ton of water. Ate prunes and still nothing. A friend suggested that I take these. The first day I took them nothing happened. O focused on drinking more water and within half an hour of talong a dose the next day I found relief.At one point prior to these pills I was in the restroom for 2.5 hours (you read that correctly) trying to go number 2! I was impacted! I even cried thinking I was going to have to call my Dr so that they could help me. Thank goodness for these pills! They did the trick! I plan to use them every few months just for a good clean out.

Product works quickly and effectively without bloating

Doesn't have the effect that I expected but I will only take this two days in a row. If taken for more consecutive days, it will probably be a very effective product
