It have no safety lock for human fingers. I worried about lost my fingers someday. I thought It is made in America because american standards no information about maker as well as no safety lock.

I have been using this tool for over a week now and it works fine. The only problem I have is that I need a couple of replacement parts. I have requested a link to the shop and all I get is a form letter that says "use the link provided and send us a picture of the parts". Great, but there is no link provided other than one I found for replacement blades. I need a link the page that lists all the parts or allows me so send a picture of the parts I need.Update:Well, I finally found it. The key was a button that was titled "Ask a question". I didn't want to ask a question, I wanted to order parts so I didn't ever press that button: Until today. After I got on that page I saw the ability to "Add an image". So I took a picture of my broken took and included it in the message along with a description of the parts I need. Maybe now I will get some action.

The nut that holds the two blades together cam off without warning. The battery and the motor still work fine, but we dont have any support with the bolt that we need and no response from the vendor after requesting return. We would like to keep and use but no response either way from vendor so not a Starbucks experience as yet and two weeks without the use of this wonderful tool.

This tool is brilliant, it replaces the strength I used to have in my hands and arms. Cordless and light weight means not having to dig out a cord from a tangled mess of branches. I love it!

do not spend your money on this piece of junk , they freeze up and stop working before you even cut your first branch . bad buy Delores

Amazing product. I use them on a commercialFarm so they are used a great deal. Last all day on a single battery pruning blueberries, pear trees and muscadines.
