I'm extremely satisfied with the Router UPS! It has provided reliable power backup for my router, ensuring uninterrupted internet connectivity.After 3 years of used it's battery get down but that successful replacement by sellerand process replacement of the battery was seamless, and the device continues to perform flawlessly. The Router UPS is a must-have for anyone seeking to minimize downtime and ensure continuous operation. This is a very good product. It has good backup about 3-4hr and compact in size.However it suddenly stopped working one day on battery after one and half year of use. Since there is a option of battery replacement we connected with cusotmer support. Scanner is available on product to connect with customer support which is very good thing.The team was very generous and connected with us. They offered a replacement to us and qe could get our ups updated in 2days only.They arranged the courier services for us as well.

Have had three of these in two different locations. Two, bought in March 2023, for a mesh setup in one apartment where power outages are rare. These are now unusable - they no longer retain charge - after having performed well when needed. And the other, bought in January 2022, hooked up to the Jio Fiber router in another house where powercuts are significantly more frequent. This one continues to work flawlessly. In both these locations, main power backup comes on in under 2 to 5 minutes typically, and only in rare cases, such as maintenance or natural calamity, main/backup power takes longer to be restored. In both locations, these have performed admirably well and as advertised. They are reliable tertiary power source for uninterrupted WiFi.Yet, the longevity of the product appears to be inversely affected by how frequently they are in 'actual' use. As described, it would appear, more frequent the power supply interruption (thus given a chance to discharge its battery) the longer they last. This may seem counter-intuitive, but I guess science often is. Unless, of course, the later batch was also of inferior quality.So, if you're in the market for this specific product (or something similar), to make them last longer, consider manually letting it discharge its battery, in case you don't get too many power cuts in your locality. Or, consider getting an equivalent product marketed under the R******e brand (I have no reason to explicitly call out another brand in this review), of which I've had one for five years now that continuous to function fuss-free in the same usage condition that rendered two of my Cuzors useless.

Very Good Product. Bought it second time for different location. Customer support is very very good. My cord was not compatible with router. Customer Support executive suggested me what to do and after it within a day they shipped new cord. It is working fine. Ease to use and good Durability.

A good product, the functionality of the battery lasted for more than a year. Best thing is, they replaced the battery free of cost even if it was out of warranty. battery back up is around 4 to 5h which is more than sufficient for the prize and compact size of the product.It was a good experience with Cuzor.Higly recommended.

I got nearly 5 hrs. Backup with my jio fiber. It's size,power and performance is too good. Must recommend for any new buyer looking for mini ups.

Works awesome, again recommended by my IT buddy from US. Been using it for 2months. Had no issues. I registered the warranty too. Setting up was a bit tricky but the manual helped. I was lucky I had a loft where wifi and junction box is so it was easy to plug this in with all thenwires and stuff.. Wouldve been nice if they had a hanging option. But the important thing is I get no interuption when the power goes out and this is an area (chennai outer - guduvanchery interior) where we get frequent fluctuations and power cuts.. Make sure to purchase a surge protector if you have a similar situation. The blue and red light indication really helps. The power of wifi alone stays for 3 hours surely.. Sometimes I think it gives more than 3 hours too. Maybe coz were not using it. Hahaha picture attached below. Size is pretty small - the black one

Mini UPS works like a charm. Initially it gives very good backup and it lasts slightly more than a year with my first device and now started using the replacement device and works well
