I purchased these silicone license plate frames, as well as one from another brand, to compare. I chose this one. This was a two-pack, and I used them in the front and rear of the vehicle. This design was better suited to my needs. They were a bit thinner than the other brand, but this also made them more flexible. The frames went on easily, and I didn't need the tool to cover the frame over the edges of the licence plate. I did not experience the issues reported by some of the other reviewers. I installed it on a warm, sunny day. If it helps, I started the install in one corner and worked my way around the frame by pulling the silicone outward and up over the licence plate. Really easy and fast! I hope the black color will not fade over time, and hopefully it doesn't contract over winter, causing a bend in my front plate. I did take off one star, because they seem like they might tear over time. The price was fair for what you get.

Edit: I first reviewed this silicone holder reporting that it did not have drain holes, but in fact it does! I ordered a single frame. Fits very snugly and was easy to install around plate. The provided yellow plastic tool helps but not necessary. Flexible but sturdy. Does not obscure any part of my Maine license plate. Be aware, it doesn't come with screws to hang plate on car. No hardware included, at least with the single frame only. No big deal. Happy with it and good price. Would buy again!

Excellent product. The includes tool makes for an easy installation. It looks good and will make the relocation from the vehicle to the cargo carrier much simpler than contending with a dealership type plate frame. Very good install directions are included. So far very impressed.

Soft silicone so it won't scratch your paint, the installation tool was handy because my new MO plates had very sharp edges, and my plates fit perfectly. Impressive design for such a low price.
