Excellent oroduct
Very pleased with product. Would be helpful to have instruction book or for buyers to be given details of guides which can be bought from Amazon as I did.

Generally OK, with a few reservations
Quietly efficient as one expects from a laptop, however the trackpad occasionally has a mind of its own, its maximum volume is the quietest of any machine I have owned (which means I occasionally have to use earphones to catch conversation) and the battery drains faster than the two-year-old machine this was bought to replace. The trackpad issue happened a lot when I first got it but now just happens a couple of times a week: the cursor will suddenly become 'sticky' as you attempt to move it round the screen, and very occasionally will suddenly slowly wander off by itself! It doesn't happen as much now which is probably due to me becoming used to its ways. Overall rating should be about 3.5 but once you allow for the things mentioned above it's not a bad little machine.

Great Deal
Was looking for a refurbished at the time, then spotted this one at a good price. More than happy.

Good laptop but missing some features.
Bought this laptop as a replacement for old one and it appears to be of good quality . The reason I dropped it one star is because it has no optical drive tray no ethernet port and no s d card slot all of which were on the old laptop and involves you in extra expense having to buy the necessary accessories if you need any of the aforementioned features.
