Womens Fold Over Waistband Comfy A Line Flowy Midi Skirts with Side Pockets

This exceeded my expectations. I paid attention to the other reviews and ordered one size down from what I'd normally order and it fit perfectly. For reference, I'm 5'5", 175 lbs and I ordered a large. The lowest part of the hem hits me a little above my ankle, so the woman modeling it in the pic must be pretty tall, but thanks to the rollover waist the length can be petty easily adjusted. The pockets are not huge but definitely big enough to put keys or a cellphone in.The fabric is very soft and breathable and it launders very well. I washed it on the normal cycle with the rest of my colors, hung it to dry, then gave it a five-minute spin in the dryer to remove wrinkles. It looked perfect, no shrinkage. I'll be buying this in other colors!

This "skirt" is far more cute as a strapless dress! It was long and awkward as a skirt, a bit frumpy. The shorter sides didn't stand out as much as in the pic, so it has no distinct style, just looks like a full, long black skirt at an awkward length (to lower calf/upper ankle region), in a thick, good quality, stretchy jersey knit.HOWEVER, when I pulled it up to my chest as a strapless dress, everything changed! Far more flattering, has an A-line cut that perfectly hides hips/butt/tummy while being fitted in the chest/mid-section. And still long enough to go to my knees! I suspect this design was intended as a dress originally, because the hem evens out when the front and back go over boobs/butt, and even the side pockets land at upper hips when worn as a dress. It runs a very large and is very forgiving, lots of fabric and stretch, so size down, especially for a dress! I am 5'3", 36C, size 12/14 (usually order large), I wanted a medium but they were out, so took a chance and ordered small, and it still fit, wouldn't want it larger as I'm wearing it as a dress now (it will stretch to DDD, I swear!) If you're tiny without butt/hips and want it as a skirt, it will probably fall off you.

All reviews I read said this skirt runs big. It does. I ordered a small and it fits perfect. Usually order med sometimes large. It is really comfortable and flattering. Makes you look thinner than you might actually be. The length is good, just below knee. Looks good with flats or boots or I think any shoe you prefer. Great price for a go to skirt that will travel well and go with many tops. I got black and if I wore shirts more I would order another.

This is actually a nice skirt. The fabric has a nice feel to it and I love that it has pockets. Unfortunately, I had two problems with it. Firstly, it was too big. I am a size 18 so I bought the XL. Based on how it fit me, I could have very easily worn a large or even medium. Also, the description says non-sheer fabric, but you can see through this and will definitely have to wear a leggings or slip with it. You can actually see the pockets thru the fabric its that sheer. I don't know if this happens with the darker colors but it does with the off-white. I do like the cut of the skirt so I may try it in another color.

LOVE this skirt. It is quite stretchy, so you could probably get away with ordering a size down. Because the fabric is a bit heavy, it will pull the skirt down if you order it too big, or are really active in it. I love the pockets, the skirt is super cute and comfortable to wear. the waist band is long and can be worn as a high-waisted skirt, or you could fold it over.

Lots of fabric so it is kind of heavy. The waistband is too thick to wear it high waist, only low waist would work. Pockets stick out. Would work for maternity and non and is comfortable. It's too long and has more of a school teacher vibe. Not sexy and flowy like I had hoped.

I love how flowy this skirt is! It twirls in a really lovely way. I read reviews and ordered a 3X, but could have gotten away with a 2X, which is where I think actually am. I will likely order it again in a smaller size, but keep the one I already have, and maybe just sew up the sides a bit to tighten up the waist. I am 5'9", about 245lbs, long legs with 33" inseam. This skirt was a perfect midi-length. The sides come up to the outsides of my knees, but the middle of front and back dips lower, which I really like, and it dances well - which is one of the main reasons I bought it. I like to contra dance, english country dance, and do vintage dancing among others, and like to have something that swirls nicely. This does the trick! I do have to wear slip-shorts underneath though, because it can twirl up a good bit!
