This case has proven it's durability again and again! I bought my mother in law a new iphone, because she dropped her old one on a daily basis, and of course it broke. She is the kind of person that can't live without her phone (as most of us are), but she drops that thing a daily. It falls more in one day than most of us drop it in a month! Since we bought her this phone and immediately ordered this case for it, it's still working great. She gets the apps messed up and the grandkids have to straighten it up, but it still works, and still gets dropped routinely, every single day. She's had this phone and case for 6 months now. I think it's the longest she's had a phone that still works correctly! Definitely a durable case.

The case seems sturdy but the plastic screen cover was separating from the frame right out of the package and it seems very flimsy. I have removed it completely and will replace it with a tempered glass protector. It's a perfect fit to the phone and all buttons and ports are aligned well and functional. Not bad for the price point.

This is a 2 piece protective case for the iPhone 5, 5s, not sure if it fits any other 5.The rigid plastic portion is easy to assemble, the silicone outer portion goes on top.The rigid part seems durable and protects the phone but is not comfortable to hold by itself.The silicone outer portion fits loosely, especially at the port end where it was cut rather than molded.It feels really hack when you have to flip/hold the little cut piece up to plug in headphones.The outer case comes off in my pocket and is most annoying.Also if you want to attach a kickstand or one of those disc holders, forget it. It won't adhere to the textured surface and the soft case just pulls away from the rigid part when you try to expand it.Lastly, pray you do not have to remove this case once it is installed because it is extremely difficult to do without breaking the little plastic tabs that lock it together. Not impossible, but for some it may prove nearly so.I contacted the seller, but never received a response.I got their boiler plate follow up email making sure everything was good but nothing addressing my dissatisfaction.I have purchased maybe 30-35 phone cases, I have always had good luck and I am not hard to please I don't think.This case does not meet my basic standards for what a case should be.All in all this is the worst phone case I ever bought at any price.

I loved this case at first but I’m going to be honest after a few months of use I got upset and just spent the money on an otter box. The durability isn’t there. Screen protector easily gets scratched, the outter shell stretches out even if you don’t remove the case a lot. That stretch out puts the phone at risk, as eventually plastic is exposed to easily pop off if dropped. Once that happens you are at risk of messing up your phone. Not worth it.

A decent case for the price, for my iphone 5s. I like the rubber outer shell for the grip and protection over the secured plastic case. The cutout areas are good and the power button, volume, etc. work great with the case on. Not a hard press at all like the otterbox commuter I had on it. Home button cutout is good and the built in screen protector has not hampered access at all. I really like the wine/rose color. Happy with the purchase.

I'm not going to lie, when I first started pulling it apart to put my phone in, I was a bit angry. The clasps are difficult to get undone, and it was frustrating.But once you get past that and actually get your phone inside the case? The thing is a beast. When I ordered it, I didn't even notice I was getting a screen protector built in, so bonus.Solid, solid case, and my magnet-based car mount holder still works through all the thick layers.

I’m never one to write a review but last Saturday, while exiting my Uber and jumping through the snow piles in the street after a Chicago blizzard, my phone must’ve slipped out of my coat pocket. Well I didn’t realize my phone was missing for 30 mins and while retracing my steps I found my phone in the street, clearly ran over bc it was pressed down in the tired marks. This case protected my phone!!! No scratches, dents, or any damage whatsoever. Literally shocked. Thought it was a goner for sure! The case did crack after being ran over who knows how many times but I’m repurchasing bc $10 is way better than $800.

When I opened the package, I tried to disassemble but decided to watch a YouTube video before I broke the case and I’m glad I did. After watching video, it was very easy to disassemble and it seemed like it would offer great protection. After using it for a while, I noticed that it took a LOT of force to engage the power button on top of the phone. I decided to give case to a young man who’s rough with phones so that he would have more protection for his phone. A week later, he asked for another case because power button was too hard to press. And he liked having glass screen protector rather than plastic screen protector included with this case
