I rarely write reviews but this item deserves one!I’m a runner and I’ve been managing a sore Achilles for three weeks ahead of major local run - Round Sheffield Run - 24k with 600m elevation - so no simple run in the park! At the point I ordered this item I gave myself an 80% chance of starting but only a 50% chance of finishing! The support provided by this strapping was exceptional. It’s flexible enough to adjust and it gave me the confidence to run, climb and complete this challenging event! I also wore calf compression sleeves and 12mm drop running shoes but this strapping was the key! The following day my Achilles is better than at any point in the last month! I’ll continue to use the strapping until I’m confident my injury is sorted!UPDATE [26/08/25] I still stand by this review! After 9 weeks using this support I’m now able to run without it - pain free! Obviously, this wasn’t the cure but it did help me to continue running as I strengthened by calf/ Achilles! 👍

As advertised, supportive, adjustable and comfortable to wear for several hours.

I’m training for a half marathon and have had a few foot and ankle pains along the way. Didn’t want to give up the training, and this ankle support has been a life saver. Took me a few goes to master the correct way to put it on but once I sussed it out it’s been easy to keep using. I wear it when running and sometimes around the house and it’s great. Very comfortable and good quality.

This is the first review I have ever written, however this product requires those who suffer with plantar fasciitis to take note. Running a pub means I spend approximately 14 hours a day on my feet. In the past 18 months I have been diagnosed with plantar fasciitis & the pain is very often unbearable. I have been seen by a physiotherapist & always follow their instructions on exercises, however sometimes this is not enough to help the pain. My partner suggested some form of support, so I came across this product. Physiotherapist advised to change footwear, which in fairness I did. However in the summer I find sliders more comfortable in hot weather. Not ideal for those who suffer with plantar fasciitis. To enable me to wear sliders I decided to give this support a try. Let's just say I have purchased another one as a spare. The support it provides is phenomenal, hardly any pain all day long. Obviously if you had to wear socks & shoes etc it may not be ideal. However if you want to wear summer footwear but suffer with plantar fasciitis then this support is a great purchase. You will not be disappointed or in pain!

Used at night time to help with pain relief but had to take it off during the night as got too tight.

What a fabulous item. I am a podiatrist and used all the usual steps to help my mother's persistent plantar fasciitis. The condition worsened with unbearable heel pain and addition of Achilles tendinipathy. Now we had 2 areas of pain that no one single method could help (custom orthotics and plantar fascia taping, pain killers) or rather to provide quick relief of pain. I have ordered this brace seeing how its construction and material used could alter biomechanics to reduce the pull. I attached this to the foot and immediately my mother reported full relief of pain when both standing and walking. This is so under recommended in management of both plantar fasciitis and achilles tendinitis - which is a shame as this is simple, affordable, effective and doesn't restrict activities. I cannot recommend this enough.

Very good quality, nice grip and stable, despite bad sprain when putting it on feel as no injury sustained good value for money too

Bought these when I went back to work after I'd broken my ankle to give a bit of support while working on slippy slopes.Does help alotGood quality, fits well but could be longer. If you have big ankles don't buy unless you get XL thats if they do thatBut after work I have to take off as gets uncomfortable while driving after working and lets the blood flow . Easy to put on and take off
