The taste is awesome, chicken wings and flats turnout crispy...got to eat them soon or they go soggy....put them in a air fryer to re crisp them.

We use this whenever we make fried chicken, but add about 1/4 cup flour to cut down on the salt.

The plastic packet inside the packaging came broke so half of the bread mix itself was leaked and therefore wasted. It is very messy!

So, I’ve heard good things about this product. However, once received and used, I realized that it contains very little of the actually product in each packet, didn’t make my chicken any more tasty or crispy than seasoning it with garlic and coating with regular flour or bread crumbs for a fraction of the cost. My suggestion - save your money, season your food well and fry the old fashioned way. The ingredients aren’t all that great anyway. Waste of money.
