Expiring
All 4 bags will expire on 11/30/2021 which is less than a year. There’s no way I can use all these to make wine before the expiration date.Update: contacted the seller and he is willing to exchange them with fresher rice. Also provided a return label.

Great red yeast rice!
Using this red yeast rice for fermentation. Works well. Good service, packaging, and shipping.Someone complained about the expiration date. This is a natural product. Yeast can’t live forever in a bag. Just mix up a bunch of rice. Four bags isn’t that much.
