Not sent a new device - used/refurbed
The Access Point I received was already warranty registered with the OEM to another company in Minnesota. I am not in Minnesota. No where in the item description does it indicate this is a used or refurbished item. I an unable to register this device or receive firmware updates due to this. Not cool.
