Good little amp! Too bad you can't get them now
I had good luck with this unit. This board uses 2 TDA chips. One for the RL channel and one in parallel mode for the subwoofer. I confirmed with a scope that it does put out 160 Watts each for the RL channels. Where they fudge the specs is on the subwoofer. The data sheet for the TDA chip specs 200watts into 3 ohm when the amps are in parallel. There are no 3 Ohm subwoofers out there that I know of! You might get the 320W they spec into a 2 Ohm load but it is out of tolerance. One thing to keep in mind if you expect to get the full power out of this unit is that you really should use a 25a 36v power supply. You need at least 25 amps to account for losses in amplifier and power supply efficiency and power supply peak dips. A couple of things I don't like about the unit are: 1. that it comes shipped with the subwoofer channel gain for the TDA set very low. I contacted the factory and they never replied. I decided to look at the data sheet for the TDA, removed the heatsink and discovered they had the chip input gain set low. Fortunately they had put a jumper position for a high setting on the board, so I moved the jumper and got the gain I needed. 2. There is digital noise in the audio in various conditions. Not a deal breaker but it is noticeable. Blue tooth range is way better than expected but it will stay locked on the last BT device and if its in range and you want to use a different BT device you have to disable the first one. I like the front pot controls and mode switch. Some of the other kinds of boards out there have controls that weren't thought out well. USB works well. Too bad you can't seem to get these now.

Excellent Build Quality!
This thing is the best of the small amplifiers on this site! I have ordered and played with almost all of them as a diy home electronics and audio enthusiast. The build quality is first class, the sound is superb it rivals my upper ended Yamaha in sound quality. It has very good power nothing near what is rated but that is common with all the small low cost amps in this category. The difference is it does have very good power and superb bass. Loaded with different features it is made very well and a lot of thought went into it's design. I can and will recommend it to anyone thinking of buying one of these small units for whatever purpose you have in mind. Don't waste your money on the cheaper models. This thing rivals 100 watt 300-400 dollar receivers in sound quality. You will not be sorry and i am most likely going to buy more and put together some stereo's amp speakers etc..for some family and friends for holiday gifts..Excellent amp....

So far so good
So far so good. Only complaint I would have is a slight humming sound with no audio being played.
