First order is good and has been decreasing the quality order by order
My first order was good and I ordered few more for my friends, then I received shampoos with different colour and smell.Colour changed for my third order again along with smell and quality.Quality has been decreasing order by order. Not sure how the colour and smell(as a result quality also) changes for the same product every time.

Good Product.
It is a good product.Worth buying.It has better ingredients than the normally available chemical-rich commercial products in the market.Got suggestion for this shampoo after it was featured as a category 4(means low on chemicals and good for health) product on a YouTube Channel-FitTuber.Price is reasonable TOO.

KNOW YOUR HAIR TYPE BEFORE PURCHASE.
This shampoo is not suitable for Normal to dry hair. Ingredients are natural and good. But this shampoo makes hair little rough and dry, which results in thinning of hairs and ultimately hair fall. May be it works better for other hair types but in my opinion it is not suitable for dry hair types.

Do not but it.It is not Khaadi Natural Original Shampoo. It is Khaadi Mauri which is another company altogether.

I really like this shampoo. It's gentle and suits my hair. I've tried several products over the course of years, but khadi has been my favourite since 2011. It has reduced my need to shampoo every other day, doesn't feel harsh on the hair, doesn't cause heavy hair fall. It doesn't have a dramatic glossy effect on the hair , either. But I prefer a shampoo that doesn't harm my hair to one that makes it look awesome at a much greater cost.

A mild shampoo with herbal essence
After applying khadi oil and using this shampoo the next morning gives a very good result...used it for a month before giving review.. I use this shampoo in each alternative day...it's a very mild shampoo with herbar essence.

Received a broken bottle
Two stars are only for the natural and herbal shampoo that I had purchased but because of the faulty bottle that I received after a long wait was so exasperating. The entire contents of the bottle leaked within a few days. How could the seller send broken products and without inspection?

Very quick delivery and satisfied with products. But disappointed with the packing. Shampoo was leaking while I opened the package.
