6 inches in 6 weeks for 12 year-old son
My oldest son is 12 and has been playing hoops since about grade 4. Last year he was invited to play AAU here in Houston, and he was really struggling and not having much fun. As a former hooper I quickly diagnosed his issue: I had passed along a mild dose of the dreaded WMD (white man disease). Enter Jump Soles.One of my good friends from law school was Mr. Basketball in Southern Florida, and he told me these things had literally changed his life back in the day. I was never able to get my vertical much about 33" in high school despite jumping rope for hours, lifting, and doing plyometrics with my team. For me, it was always hard to really isolate my calf muscles. Even though I'm 6'5" and have over an 8' reach, I was not able to consistently dunk in high school, much to my annoyance and chagrin. I vowed my son would not endure the same and humiliation of having a 5'5" point guard blocking my shots in the low post.So, in all seriousness we went about this fairly scientifically. I made a vertical jump tester, and we established a benchmark vertical about 8 weeks ago. Yesterday we re-tested for the first time. He has been using the Jump Soles pretty consistently, although since the season started he's had to reduce his work outs since it is hard to play when your calves are really sore.Anyway, he increased 6 inches so far. Anyone who has played will tell you 6" is a big deal in basketball. He also had his best game ever last week, recording his first triple double, and scoring 14 points (in 7th grade hoops 14 points is about like scoring 28 in high school). The other team had a very skilled and athletic center who blocked about 12 shots during the course of the game, my son took him baseline and exploded for a really nice lay-up that wasn't blocked. He was much more active on the boards as well.These things work if you use them. There are plenty of YouTube videos showing the work outs.

Every young athlete should have these. My 11 yr old has made huge gains in both jumping and sprinting. Great product; would recommend to anyone and I intend to buy another pair for our basketball team.

IT WORKS
It is a blessing to have. My son was born with clubfeet so he had some hard time staying on the balls of his feet when running. So when I purchase these jump sole it HELP tremendously on strengthening his feet to run on the balls of them.

Good training device
Jump soles actually will make you faster and able to jump higher. They can be worn around the house for added benefit when not doing the exercise routines.

Work hard = Results
Bought these for my 13 year old son and he loves them! After four weeks his legs are already much stronger and he’s noticing his quickness around the bases in baseball getting better.

My kids love it.
My kids love it..first 7th graders able to windmill dunk on their club team after only being able to barely touch the net.

Seems to be working, I feel the burn.
Good purchase and I have heard of great results from these shoes, I will await to see if they are accurate as my son is working on his vertical for basketball and speed for Rugby and Football. For me I can feel the burning in my legs as I go through the workouts I cant wait to hear reaction from the guys at the annual Thanksgiving Turkey Bowl. I got a feeling I will reclaim my title of being the fastest and am looking forward to blowing past the cocky young guys!
