very disappointing. had to attach tape and fix the holes. do not buy this item. also, the extra balloons are such terrible quality, they make the jaw hurt while trying to blow. 1 STAR for this TERRIBLE product. i am initiating refund for this.

Very disappointed as the quantity of balloons were less and they kept bursting after inflating them. The happy birthday is decent but the air doesnt stay even for a day. It deflates within hours. Not great quality
